Smoked Salmon Salad with Butternut Squash, Beetroot, a Soft Boiled Egg and Balsamic Reduction.

Just writing this title is making me hungry! This has to be one of my favourite salads to make, so when I had a quiet moment on my break at work I quickly rustled one up!
